Passive Reflective Coating

An exposed flat roof during a summer day can heat up to 90°C. Most of this heat is transmitted to the inside of the building and the roof sheathing itself, due to the damaging UV radiation gradually degrades and consequently leaks.
The solution to problems with excessive heat transmission to the building is the reflective coating technology, which lowers the roof temperature by up to 70%. Reduced heating of the roof means less heat transfer to the building and thus less cooling bill.
