Dr. Augustine Chow is currently the Chairman of Harmony Asset Management Limited, a firm overseeing private equity investments specializing in the areas of finance, life sciences, technology, and food and agriculture investments. He has over 40 years of global experience in managing listed companies in the financial, IT/E-commerce, medical, and manufacturing sectors.

Dr. Chow’s qualifications include a MSc from London Business School, a PhD in the Transfer of Technology, a DBA in Internet Research, an Engineering Doctorate and PhD in Molecular Biology.

Patrick is currently Chairman of The Steering Committee of Corporate Innovation Index for CUHK Business School. He is also the Convener of the Smart City Working Group in the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Patrick has co-founded a number of companies including, C-Polar Biotech and Rabbit Energy.

He has over 30 years management experience in blue-chip companies including:

• CEO of Inchcape Greater China (Distributor of Toyota, Lexus, Hino, Jaguar Land Rover)
• Group General Manager, Sales and Marketing of Kerry Beverages Ltd (Bottler of the Coca-Cola Company in China)
• Patrick started his career in Proctor & Gamble and lived in various countries including Thailand, Switzerland and Canada. He holds a BBA and an MBA from CUHK.

Having worked at New World Development, J.P.Morgan, Microsoft and Octopus Investments over the years, Herbert is a serial entrepreneur who has founded various startups both in London and in Hong Kong.

He has served as advisers and mentors for startups in various countries and have been invited to share his entrepreneurial experience in various channels including keynote speaker in Common Purpose Senior Leadership Programme, guest speaker at HKSAR Human Resources Planning Commission as well as HKU MBA leadership forum, HKMU IIBG Practitioners’ Symposium, etc. Herbert has also been awarded the “Top 100 Most Disruptive Entrepreneurs to watch up in HR space” in 2021 by Beyond Magazine.

Herbert graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and holds an MBA from London Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder, Certified Public Accountant and Certified ESG Planner.

Kitty has served various Hong Kong listed companies as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial management, strategic planning, accounting, audit & control, banking and treasury, investment, financing, investor relations and company secretariat matters.

She has worked in renowned multinational corporations across branded food and beverage products, trading and distribution of automobiles, manufacturing, publishing, banking and retail industries in the United States, Greater China and Asia Pacific regions.

She held an MBA degree from Indiana University in the US, and graduated with First Class Honor from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She was an exchange student to Williams College, the most prestigious private college in USA.

Kitty is a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a Certified Management Accountant in the US and a Chartered Financial Analyst of the CFA Institute.

Kitty has received The Best Investor Relations CFO Awards three times from the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association and two times from Corporate Governance Asia. She was awarded as the Greater Bay Area Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur in 2018.
